A Mental Exercise for Attention, Concentration & Focus

Take The Limits off Your Attention Span Using Your Breath to Pull Out of Distraction!

"If I have forgotten breath, I have forgotten Attention, and thus I have forgotten EVERYTHING I need to remember!"

Here's a very simple mental exercise (from a podcast audio) that can not only reveal how good you are at focusing on a task for short, medium, or longer periods of time but can also help improve your skill, strength, and endurance at controlling and applying your own Attention, Concentration, and Focus to daily life.  Listen to my detailed explanation on the technique, below...

This technique is also an excellent Mindfulness tactic that sharpens self-awareness and provides a powerful personal advantage.

Before you first begin, feel free to write down or memorize the following statement to use as a memory aid as you practice mastery of this exercise over weeks or months:

"If I have forgotten breath, I have forgotten Attention, and thus I have forgotten EVERYTHING I need to remember! To remember breath I must control my attention and thus take hold of the key to unlock and unleash my potential."

After you have written down that statement, place the note somewhere convenient to refer back to when needed.
